By registering an account, booking a session, or creating creator profiles, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the platform.
2. Creator Verification and Bookings
To list available calendar slots or claim verified talent badges, users must undergo our verification checks:
- All profile info, listings, and portfolio showcases must accurately represent your active credentials.
- When booking an appointment, you agree to make prompt payments to reserve the requested hour slots.
- Platform parameters handle reservations, slot timings, and cancellation refund guidelines.
3. Secured Payment Settlement
Fees and payout balances are settled securely using standard payment encryption channels. Funds are held secure and released to the creator's wallet upon completion of the scheduled 1-on-1 direct session, ensuring buyer and expert protection.
4. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our code of conduct, post deceptive media, or fail verification parameters. Users may permanently close their account at any time using the web-based Account Deletion Portal.
5. Modifications
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By using this website or the app, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these terms.
